We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager (4+ years agency / industry experience) to join the excellent ZOO team.
Your role as a Senior Account Manager in ZOO will be varied but essentially it comes down to maintaining and growing excellent relationships with our clients. You’ll be responsible for directing and co-ordinating projects on behalf of our clients.
Typical activities:
- The day-to-day management of clients’ digital marketing and all that it encompasses as well as advertising campaigns
- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
- The organisation of client feedback
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive / creative direction
- The planning of multi media content for all media channels
- Planning and developing strategies for clients
Skills required include:
- Experience (4 years +) in agency client relationship management
- A solid background in digital advertising, design or marketing
- The implementation of social campaigns across international markets
- The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
- The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
- The ability to work in a busy team
- Great project management abilities
- Self motivated and willing to expand knowledge
- A hands on doer
A little about ZOO

Senior PHP Developer
Opportunity to work in an exciting digital agency in Dublin city centre.
We are seeking an experienced developer who has at least 4 years experience with PHP and databases. Regrettably we are only seeking those with a full working visa.
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable setting up and securing a web server and will know how to keep a server secure and performing well.
You will work as part of a team of developers, UX designers, Graphic designers and marketeers on a range of projects. You will collaborate with the development team to keep abreast of the latest practices and developments in the web development community.
You should be comfortable with front-end development and frameworks, and willing to adapt and learn and to share your knowledge with your teammates.
Part of your time will be allocated to your own R&D projects and we encourage our staff to come to us with ideas and suggestions to improve our service to our clients.
The position is permanent and full time and you will be based in Dublin 2 and therefore spoiled for choice at lunchtimes. Have you tried the Burritos at Pablo Picante?
Experience
You should have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification – but let’s face it, experience beats paper every time.
You would have previous working experience with and good working knowledge of most if not all of the following – PHP, HTML, AJAX, LAMP stack, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL.
